Particularly suitable as a small/special tool case. Contents are easy to see, preventing confusion while still providing organized, convenient storage. The price is right too.

I have several multi tools, knives, small screwdrivers and phone tools and this organizes them perfectly. It's more of a sewing or fishing box than a tool box, so for larger jobs I also have the larger, stronger 15-inch Homax box.

I use it to organize the art supplies I have on my desk. I used to have an opaque black tool box with a drawer, but this is much more practical. I like that it's transparent so I can quickly see if what I need is inside. The box makes a pretty heavy impression and can withstand a lot. As with most plastic boxes, I'm not sure how many hard falls it can take.

I bought this box to store my sewing supplies. I wanted to be able to store my scissors on the top shelf for easy access, but despite what the Q&A section led me to believe, the compartments in the shelves aren't fully adjustable. Only the smallest compartments on the bottom left of the top compartment can be adjusted, which doesn't leave enough room for scissors or anything longer than about seven inches.
