Using this product, our team found that the brackets were too weak to hold up the weight of our drawers, causing them to fall off track and ruin valuable items. This was a major disappointment in our industrial and scientific workspace, as we expected a more durable hardware solution. The only positive aspect we found was the smooth sliding motion of the drawer slides. Overall, we do not recommend these brackets for heavy-duty use.

I needed simple drawer closers with soft closing and they helped. They appear to be well made and are easy to install if you know how to install drawer locks. I will definitely refer to this brand again for affordable solutions in the future.

love the slides, they are easy to assemble and work great. The only problem I had was when I first bought drawer slides and found pan head screws in the box for mounting. The 1/2" pan head screws are too long to use with 1/2" plywood because the tip of the screw protrudes through the other side of the plywood. The instructions that came with the package indicate a round head screw, not a pan head screw.
