🏠 Enhanced HomeSeer HSM200 Z-Wave Multisensor with LED Indicator Review

I spent several hours on this. It works with Home Assistant, but the alarm routine I created is stuck in a loop. I eventually realized that when the LED turned on, the motion sensor was triggered, rendering this "multifunctional" device useless for my purpose. The second block did the same. I don't concern myself with the third. In principle, you can't use an LED together with a motion sensor - and it also spoils the readings of the light sensor.

I was delighted with this product and was disappointed when it arrived. The first problem was that temperatures were reported in negative numbers. Tech support was quick to respond and had me do the usual equivalent of a reboot. Finally, I did a factory reset of the device, which fixed the issue. Although this device is labeled as a HomeSeer, it looks like an Express Controls EZMultiPli sensor and that's how it appears to SmartThings.
