Homestarry Lets Down Even Experienced Users

I had high expectations for Homestarry because I've bought furniture from many various online retailers. My interaction with them, however, was hardly positive. The furniture I got wasn't well-made and didn't resemble the images on their website at all. The building had obvious flaws, and the finish was uneven.
