No power to hold the gate and no lift

It does not hold the gate when closed, the gate sags. It doesnโ€™t have the full 2.83 inches of travel it advertises. It cannot be adjusted to the full 2.83 inch size and does not hold the gate at the correct height. I tried to contact the seller for more information but no response. I will return this item.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • No automation

Just what I needed

Quite normal for the price. I wasn't sure how it would perform on uneven ground, but I'm very happy with it. I was restoring a decrepit fence on my property and over the years the gates have sagged 7 feet each. Not only am I confident that they will extend the life of the gate, but they are now easy to open. I would buy again (bought one to test and was happy and bought a second one) if I ever had more goals, which hopefully I won't.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • There are problems

Heavy duty sprung wheel

I bought this roller gate to fit my patio door. It just grinds and scrapes my deck when it closes. So I add this rolling wheel and raise the gate and see if that stops the scratching. This wheel is heavy and durable. I believe this will work well on any door or gate. There is even a screw driver included. Very heavy and also sprung. It even has 360 degree rotation. Very happy with the quality!

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • Drill bit pack

Provides strong support for up and over doors and greatly reduces sagging

Wooden side gates are not the strongest, they sag all the time and need frequent adjustment to ensure a secure closure. With those sprung wheels they work on less than ideal ground and I haven't had to adjust the gate for several months! The quality looked pretty good and durable! It even came with mounting screws and a screwdriver! So thoughtful! I am very happy with this purchase

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • New Competitors Arrive

VERY HIGH QUALITY WHEEL

Designed for gates, the wheel can easily accommodate the heaviest gates. I will say they add a SCREWDRIVER to use with the install and it's best not to include it. A simple Phillips screwdriver? Well, you know you're paying for that too. You could leave it and lower the price just a little bit. Whoever installs this $$$ wheel already has a screwdriver. The rotation of the wheel is smooth, as are the shock-absorbing properties. Big. Super heavy and well made. Worth the price.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Frequency
