Love it! in Outdoor Décor

I've been looking for a small, easy-to-read hygrometer for a long time. That's it! I bought two and am considering more.

Good to check

Accuracy may be slightly different, but it's hard to say, it can be right! Without more expensive hardware it's hard to say, and if you have it, why would you buy it? Cheap and I use my local news to check for accuracy, pretty close.

Smile display matches my own

Sorry but this could be the perfect hygrometer. It is very clear, compact and comfortable in design. Unlike the others, it's not like you've hung a large Texas Instruments calculator on the wall. That's great!

Great design, but are there quality control issues?

Nice design but quality control issues. 1 out of 2 units was DOA. Revain replaces the block and asked me to discard the failed block. Out of curiosity, I removed the inner cover and noticed that the ribbon cable connecting the e-ink display to the circuit board was not plugged in properly, see photo. This was an obvious visually detectable defect, however the unit had a QC sticker covering one of the case screws. Because I called Revain, I didn't have to send both teams back as is usually…

Rated after owning five of them for 6 months plus: Two stars removed because.- a reflection of another rating. barely stays on the Fahrenheit scale. If you have it installed. This means you remove the back cover and hold a pen or other narrow, pointed object against the small button inside until it toggles back.
