After buying so much IKEA over the years, it was delightful to get a legit piece of furniture. While it remains to be seen how it will age, the fit and finish of this capacious item is very good, especially for the price! We love it. Two-three people can sit on it, it holds a ton of stuff, and it looks clean and modern. Some might complain that the legs are plastic but they're sturdy and hardly noticeable once attached.

One of the best purchases I have ever made! Rock solid, great quality. Super easy to assemble. Looks great! The hydraulic rod may not be strong enough to support the weight of heavier items stored inside the bench.

When it came it looked more charcoal grey vs. bluish grey like the picture represents. Beware-they charge you to ship it back!

Exactly what we wanted, fit right in with our convertible sectional we bought from them. We look like a tetris game but couldn't be happier!

Assembly is virtually nonexistent, super easy. We have the matching couch, which is great for our small apartment but isn’t wide enough for 2 of us to lie down. This ottoman fits perfectly next to the small ottoman the couch comes with, making the couch so much more comfortable and giving us extra room. Highly recommend if you have the couch already.

The bench arrived in good condition and just as depicted in photo and description.The package was delivered to my old address in Houston, I panicked ! No worries, the Merchant was quick to reassure me that they would ship out another one right away to my new address in Georgetown. They did and I recieved it in 2 days.I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely recommend the product , which is even more spacious than I thought it would be. The customer service s outstanding.

Even better than I expected! Fabric is strong, soft and well put together. This arrived in 5 days and is exactly as described. Coordinates well with our dark gray/denim couch. We can fit 4 plush blankets inside the ottoman. The cushion on top is sturdy enough to balance a tray and cushiony enough to rest your feet comfortably. I am very happy with this!

Great for furniture for us 20 month old & week old. We don’t have to worry if anything. Happens to it bc it is reasonably priced. Had issue with shipping but company had excellent customer service and it was handled appropriately.

I bought this as an added addition to another sectional we purchased from the same company. Both are dark grey pieces but this storage bench is more of a bluish grey. Its disappointing that this company has different colors of dark grey.

It is great. Someone could be knocking on the door. In minutes my living room looks unbelievable. Love the color (dark gray or maybe a dark blue. Customer service is great. Had a small problem and less than day. They contacted me and resolve the problem.

I absolutely love this ottoman and the sofa. I bought them both and love how it is so versatile. The quality is really good. I have a small room and it fits perfect and the best part is that I can push the Ottoman together with the sofa to make a bed if needed. The company has been great very responsive and everything that I’ve had to ask. I would write them a 10.

Beautifully made with precision hydraulic lifts. Seems like durable fabric. We'll see how it works out. The storage space isn't as deep as I would have liked.

If this is being used as a foot ottoman, it is great - for storage, not so much - the depth does not fit more than 2 throw pillows (16x16) - we did not need this for an ottoman so it did not work for us - nice looking piece but if you need storage, this will not work
