Doesn't fit Singer

Does NOT fit my SingerQuant Stylist 9960. Do not buy. I am frustrated because the delivery time was so quick and my needs were only catered for to feel cheap and not having enough space to secure the car.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Part didn't snap into place like it should

This didn't fit my Singer 5040 C machine, part didn't snap into place like it should. Also, the 1/4" rail was curved in the up position, so even if it did fit, it wouldn't work.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • disappears

Rusty 1/4 foot rail broke on first use

The 1/4 foot extension rail was slightly rusted. Although I doubted it, I figured it wouldn't be a big deal and continued with my sewing project. However, when I started sewing, the 1/4 lever guide broke. As it was still working (except for the 1/4 lever guide on the right) and I needed to finish my project, I didn't mind, but was still very disappointed that it broke and was rusty on first use.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

This sewing foot will transform your sewing style!

I've been using this presser foot for two days to sew half a blanket. I have a Brother SE400 sewing machine and it works with no problems. The instructions (right) make a big difference in how quickly I get comfortable sewing. With this foot, I immediately doubled my speed and my seams are more precise than before. I originally bought this for my 10 year old daughter who is just starting to sew. She was struggling to keep her seams even remotely straight. I can't wait to try her. I would highly

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
