2 defective parts 2 missing parts I did not register for this. Had it arrived in damaged packaging as advertised, it would have been fine.

I haven't had one since college, but I rediscovered one when I started living less in an apartment. It's so handy for things that can't be sent in industrial dryers.

This drying rack has been made to be very thin. The tubes were not well made. The ends of two broke so we had to glue them together and one of them broke in half. There were no hangers. It appears to have been returned. We needed it in a hurry so we decided to get it right. Unsatisfied.

First one end of the dowel wasn't even cut/narrowed had to do it yourself. Second, I managed to get them all in and then one dowel decided to break off on both ends and it wasn't the one I needed to finish. The frame is good but the dowels are too weak for this purpose.

Grommet rods were difficult to insert into the holes, most of the rod ends broke. It wasn't strong at all! When I put some lightweight blouses on it to dry, it left a terrible line on the blouse. I do not recommend this product at all. Cheaply made, overall just cheap!
