These hangers are a little thin, which means the metal has a very small diameter. Also, I had to bend the hook a bit as the hook doesn't fit the regular rods used in closets. Since I only hang up my light suit pants with hangers, that's not a problem. Not sure if they can handle the heavier weight of ski/snowboard pants or bulkier jeans.

I wonder why I can't find the same hangars I bought a few years ago that look exactly the same except they are everything they aren't. They are oddly small - the hook that has to go through the clothes rail is too small to fit around the rod and the distance between the hook and the hangar opening is too small to fit through a standard rod.
