I used to have to switch between two different legs, including the walking leg, to do anything. Then came vinyl, which I had a lot of fun with. I went ahead and ordered this to try and it replaced almost all of my legs that I use! Absolutely perfect for flannel, fleece and vinyl. Totally non-stick and the fabric is less likely to slip.

This roller foot is ideal for fabrics that cannot be fed with the normal presser foot. I sew a lot of clothes and accessories from faux leather, real leather and suede. Most of the time, the normal foot will work on faux leather, but on real suede, leather, or "sticky" faux leather, this foot makes the job a lot easier. I work with a lot of faux leather/vinyl and can't believe I never knew about Teflon coated feet before. What a life saver! No more strips of wax paper flying all over the place and ripping the seams when you try to rip them off. The foot snaps right into my Brother SE400 machine and works great. Only two criticisms: Firstly, there is obviously no hole in the front of the sewing foot, so you have to thread the upper thread through the sewing foot hole and pull it backwards so that it does not…
