Perfect Fit - Controls and Gauges

This was the same as the original equipment for my Honeywell zone valve. The wiring is a little tricky, but if you're reproducing an existing setup it should be fairly easy to do.

Great buy, only operator!

Great that there is only one operator now! I have several valve assemblies that you should have bought and not used! THANK YOU SO MUCH! The previous purely motorized installation did not last as long as the general operator.

The problem with the limit switches is best seen on the controls and gauges.

I bought four of these to replace my old zone valves. Even before I installed them, I wanted to make sure they would work properly. I've found on each of them that when the valve is fully open, the piston doesn't even come close to turning on the limit switch. It's about 1/8 inch from it. As a result, it will never need heat. See attached image where I have highlighted the piston and limit switch outlined in green on each valve. How should it work? Can it be customized?
