This product WORKS. I was away from home and was alerted to a water heater leak and was able to return home as soon as I was notified. Worth the money and reassuring.

Excellent quality! Easy to use and maintain. I get alerts for leaks, low temperatures and high humidity. Everything is available on my phone.

After my ice maker leaked and ruined my floor (while we were on vacation) I installed 3 of these. They connect easily and send notifications quickly. Very impressive

When WiFi is off, the device will NOT connect to WiFi. Very disappointing to say the least. The device then becomes unusable unless it is manually reset each time. Shame on you Honeywell for selling such a poor quality product.

This device works quite well. does the job. But: 1. Water leak notification is too late; it should be almost instantaneous. 2. Notification in app and email; Email isn't enough unless you REALLY check it often when you're away from home; The text notification feature MUST be available to make this device really useful.

There is nothing in the kit except the plain box it was sent in. No Wi-Fi programming guide, no contact information. absolutely nothing. (It came with batteries) Not knowing if it was a refurbished product or not I sent it back. There was a shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee. Next time I'll go straight to the manufacturer and skip Revain. It's too hard to tell on their website if you're ordering from a reputable company.

I've bought about 15 of these water detectors over the last 3 years and they have worked very well and saved me from disaster from unplanned leaks. However, with the latest version of their app 5.1 on my iPhone X v13.5.1 it's a disaster. The app crashes right after opening it. When I called tech support the person had no idea how to fix the problem and escalated my issue a week ago and I got no response from anyone.
