Great if you only need one ball

I like yarn with hooks but it's very fickle. Both yarns are "burgundy passion". Next to it are two yarns that I use for the buffalo throw. Dark yarn is also much thicker. If you only need one skein for a project this is a great yarn, but getting two of the same color or thickness online is pretty crappy.

Pros
  • Machine wash, dry flat in the shade
Cons
  • Crumple yarn

Caliber varies by color

We ordered two skeins of this yarn, gray and blue. Blue turned out to be half thinner than grey, if not by a third. The resulting crocheted basket pattern became a vase. I think since this is a recycled t-shirt yarn you cannot guarantee the density of the fabric or the width of the material from batch to batch. However, this surprised me. Feel free to buy more of this yarn online.

Pros
  • Supercargo #7. 29.92 oz (848 g) 131 yd
Cons
  • Damaged

Maybe a bad batch, but it's REALLY bad.

The color looks very dark compared to the product photos. hope for blue Close to black. Almost the entire ball looks like this - there are cracks and frayed edges around the entire perimeter. I don't know how to make a quality item out of this yarn. I'm trying to make handbags but there are too many tears to do any good. I was hoping to finally find a quality yarn for t-shirts, but that wasn't the case. €17 is definitely not worth it.

Pros
  • Made from 90% cotton and 10% other recycled fibers.
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
