DO NOT BUY We bought this machine because our Bissell Spot Bot after years of use leaked and looked perfect, especially with the hose cleaning option. As the name suggests, this device was great the first time I used it out of the box. The second time the solution was no longer distributed via the descriptor and has not been distributed since. This product works well. It sucks well and I like the self-cleaning feature and it's easy to use. But the red plastic/rubber brush will break leaving red stains and pieces of red rubber all over the item you are cleaning. So far this machine has solved all the problems I've had with the Bissell Spotbot and Spotclean models. Hoover's self-cleaning feature is the best part, I can backwash the hose, removing water and debris from the hose and preventing the mold and mildew growth that was ruining my other machines.
