Installation was fairly easy as two drives were used to implement Raid 0. It works, but is incredibly slow. The writing speed when testing the BlackMagic drive is in the range of 10 MB per second. This is a preview. I set it up today and wanted to share its setup and basic operation. The first thing to know about this case is that it's not really connected or working. You must mount the discs with screws (included) and the outer panel requires another set of screws. While you can swap hard drives easily, it takes time. I've bought 4TB and 5TB 2.5 drives for some laptops and found them thicker than usual. I decided to leave the floppy disks and throw them in the suitcase. The first thing I like is the price. All other cases I found were double the price! At just over $20, the price couldn't be better. The body itself looks beautiful. It has an aluminum front panel and black plastic on the sides.
