LOVE this chandelier. Had an issue with the directions. They indicated there were color coded wires (red and black) which were to be wrapped together, however owing to the clear structure of the chandelier's arms the wires are wisely NOT color coded. There is a "ridged" wire casing and a "non ridged" casing. Directions should perhaps be corrected to mention this fact. The chandelier is absolutely beautiful! Very nice quality and I’m so happy with it! Installation is not hard BUT read, read, and then read again the instructions! It get’s confusing, and we literally had to take it down 3 times before we got it right! It’s not hard, just confusing. There is a definite order to putting it together! So just really go over the instructions and make sure you understand! But, even if you mess up a few times like we did, it’s still so worth it!

This chandelier is definitely beautiful and is a great value. Be careful when buying it though. The cables are not black and white (they’re clear), which means that if you have a specific type of light bulb and it is wired incorrectly it could be a problem. Also, it is made for European countries. This means that the mechanism they provided for hanging did not fit in a standard American slot. This is very gorgeous. This is really amazingly good quality for the price. You have to sit down with it and it will take you about 2-4 hours to assemble it - but it is worth it. What you gonna do right now anyway? Where do you have to go? Nowhere. Stay at home order. Perfect. But a couple of these like I did and tak a day and assemble them. Then hang them - easy to wire up and hang. Super beautiful. Classes up any room. I put one in my office.

Okay, it’s absolutely beautiful. So there’s that. However, it needs to be assembled and I mean TOTALLY assembled. You have to wire it and connect the wires to each arm. I am pretty handy and I can put this together rather easily. However, the instructions are not that great and you kind of have to figure some things out on your own. If you can't put IKEA together then this will be difficult for you. The key is to try and find somewhere to hang it while you put it together. If you can hang it, it will be much easier.

MUST BUY FOR YOUR GIRLS' ROOMS! Oh my goodness. The excitement that came from this has been everlasting. My 4 year old wanted a mermaid princess room when we were moving- but it had to be done on a budget. No one believes this cost well under a hundred bucks. It is a GORGEOUS light.Once you manage to get it assembled. It takes the patience of Job to get this sucker put together but once it's done, it's awesome. The 'instructions' leave a lot to be desired so I flipped open the laptop and pulled up my order link here so we could study the picture and get a better idea of how all of the strings and crystals are supposed to hang. For the price, I still totally recommend it - just be prepared for a bit of work.

Pictures dont capture the sparkly goodness this chendelier brings to a room. Its bigger and higher quality than iI expected. This came unassembled and had NO instructions in the box. The video online was only slightly helpful. But we finally figured it out and after 3 hours or so it was installed and all crystals attached. The quality is really good. The crystals are beautiful - real glass with beautiful prism effect. Put this in my new craft room and it definitely added a pop of beauty and class.

We purchased this for my teenage daughters room in 2015. She loved everything about it and said it was perfect and exactly what she wanted.
