10/10 Do NOT recommend swinging from this.
This is beautiful in person! The assembly and installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. The assembly is a picture diagram and the installation instructions we received began with "Step 6". Thankfully, I've put together enough IKEA furniture to be able to decipher the diagram.It took over an hour to assemble it and over an hour to install it--and this is HEAVY. (Holding this up while my husband dealt with the wiring counted as my upper body workout.) The support bar on ours is bowed, despite my husband reinforcing it, so I don't recommend trying to swing from this chandelier.
- The chandelier is lightweight, making it easy to install and move
- The lighting is too harsh
