I've bought a couple of hand held water pumps and this is the best so far. The water starts pumping immediately and a few pumps fill the glass. It bottles well and serves its purpose.

Sounds like a simple product, but how can it go wrong? Poorly tightened, loosened during installation. I've tried it on several different 5 gallon pitchers but even with their different sizes the product hasn't held up well.

I bought this water pump and it has worked great for two months. Now it no longer closes properly and pumps water out of the pot. All the parts are cheap plastic so I'm not surprised. It's no longer refundable so I'm sticking with it. Don't waste money on it.

This pump is perfect for my 5 gallon. It's so easy to install and use. No need to charge and don't worry about losing the charging cable. He's quite tall. But it works great. And you get a mini workout pump :) I highly recommend this product. When you want something that gets the job done and aren't looking for something fancy. This is the pump for you!

When I first used this pump it worked beautifully. A pump or two and he'll get the job done quickly. When I attached it to the second bottle it barely worked. Six or seven clicks and barely a trickle. I figured there must be a seal somewhere, so I checked everything. Still does not work. I checked everything again. nothing yet. When it was down to a third of a bottle it stopped working at all. Maybe it's in the bottle but the third bottle was even worse and now it's not pumping at all. All…
