The hourglass arrived earlier than expected and exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is indescribably pleasant.

I'm very impressed with how accurate mine is. I calculated the time with an accuracy of 2 seconds, which is to be expected for such a device.

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday because he loves looking at the hourglass and finds it calming. This one is perfect. It's well made and very cool.

mine was wrong by just a second amazing. I felt this was the best hourglass on Amazon for the money and I was right. The construction is very good for the price. I just wiped it off the packaging a bit, tightened the nuts at the top and bottom, and you're done.

Arrived today; I just timed it; and it happened within 5 seconds exactly one hour later. Excellent. One complaint: the wooden top and bottom have small indentations here and there. Why? Because the manufacturer doesn't take very good care of their product from the assembly line until it reaches the customer. The box it came in is very cheap and very flimsy. Hello manufacturers! Load another $1 and use the best packaging for your product.

This item appears to be a little cheaper than I was hoping and is darker than my desk. But! It was like that too...$30 and you get what you pay for. The wood is the worst, although it's chipboard with a wood grain laminate, making it lightweight and cheap. Although it looks nice! I can't tell how accurate it is and I don't care.
