Product was ok for its price the first year. Nothing too slow or too fast. But after a very short period of use of a year and a few months, the monitor keeps going off making it completely unusable. I would say we used this computer maybe 12 times a year as it was just a backup for some of the online sales we were trying to do. Now the warranty period has expired and it is practically unusable.

I thought it came with a wireless mouse and keyboard as did all devices with this model number from other vendors that I have researched. I'll read the fine print next time and that explains why it was "cheaper" than other providers.

This has to be the worst computer I've ever owned. The graphics card failed about 3 weeks after I got this computer. So I don't know if it's HP or the seller but I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase. The hard drive is very loud all the time due to the graphics card. The image on the monitor was already completely gone and I had to switch to an HDMI cable instead. Only problems when the whole point of buying a new computer was that I didn't want to fix problems right away!
