I have tried installing this on my printer but keep getting an error code that the cartridge is not working. so angry because I spent good money on an HP product and I don't get my money back. Avoid this cartridge at all costs or else you'll be wasting your money too.

The product came in a totally damaged box with a huge wound on the top of the box. In any case, I decided to open the box and fit a new cartridge as soon as I broke the seal. The car splashed blue ink on my clothes and arms. Obviously, learning to NEVER open boxes with damaged ink cartridges was a good experience. The cartridge otherwise appears to be working well, having cleaned up a terrible mess. But other than that, an extremely horrible experience.

I bought one of each color and didn't have to replace old cartridges at the time. When I used them the return window had expired, but I had learned my lesson. Never buy cartridges online. The red and yellow cartridges were fine, but the cyan cartridges did not work. This is a defective cartridge. It's better to buy a local one where you can return it if a defective cartridge gets stuck.

During normal cassette preparation, the entire label came off before installation. I have NEVER had this problem with an HP cartridge! The printer continued to send a message to remove the cartridge and reinsert it. Tried that several times with no success. I need to replace this item with a working one. I can only return this if I am provided with a postage label to put it in the mailbox. No access to post office or any building due to Covid-19 issues.

While I may resent the seemingly inflated prices HP charges for their inks and toners, I have never owned an Original HP cartridge or toner cartridge that didn't deliver superior performance. Refilled products, remanufactured products or replacement products have all given poor results in the past. While I'm usually always looking for alternatives to the products and consumables I use, I'm happy to give startups, newbies, and second or third tier vendors a shot. When it comes to ink, I know…

Both (2) cyan cartridges I purchased from Revain were not accepted by my printer. I opened them in July (ordered in April). I solved the problem by going to the office store and buying new refill ink there - it worked great. They are made in China and the ones on OD were made in Malaysia. I think they are defective.

It's just getting too easy to order all these things from Revain. By the time I drive 15 miles to Staples to buy this cartridge I've paid way more than Revain. The ink gauge on my printer shows that it is running out of ink. I place a one-click order with Revain and receive it in two days with free shipping (on Revain Prime).
