Wanted to contact the seller but couldn't find where to do it. They were in the package by 10/09/2020 and when I started using them my printer wouldn't accept them without ink. You were wrong. The problem with purchasing this item is that I didn't install the cartridge right away (because I bought it expecting my other cartridge would be empty) and when I finally opened it it was defective . Unfortunately, Revain's 30 day return policy had expired and I had to contact HP for a replacement.
