The cartridge is marked "not for sale and not for resale "

The black cartridge is a built-in cartridge and is not intended for sale (see photo). A Revain representative called me and had a conference call with HP Support who wanted me to register the printer and then troubleshoot the printer. I explained that we have had the printer for about 2 years now and it works great; There was no need to troubleshoot the printer as the cartridge was an installer cartridge and had limited ink, but he was unable (or unwilling) to figure out that the problem wasโ€ฆ

The cartridges I received were empty.

empty (color cartridges). I can only blame the seller. After finding out the cartridges were empty I bought another set of Office Max and they installed perfectly and work great. So it's not the printer. The seller sent a box of low-quality cartridges.

The cartridges were not full

I liked that it was delivered in two days. I hate that HP made me buy it and then cheated me with ink, the only one that was full was the black cartridge; according to HP Online Cartridge Monitor.

Cartridge suitable for printer parts and accessories

Only three stars because I couldn't simply replace this used cartridge, but had to install them all, although the device only displayed one used cartridge.

Not enough ink: printers and supplies

Bought an HP 8710 printer in January. I bought replacement cartridges last month but the HP software would not allow me to use them. I was forced to buy an original HP kit which showed a full set of ink when installed. However, I have noticed that the ink levels drop very quickly after making a few copies. In addition, the color ink cartridges were empty quickly, even if I didn't make any color copies. I called Revain and complained about this product. Don't buy this product, haven't tried XLโ€ฆ

That does not work!

I don't know who is responsible for this. I replaced these cartridges in my printer and the printer says they have been used. There was no tape on the outside of the cartridge, so yes, they could be recycled. HP printers are demanding. I didn't mean to do Insta Ink via HP, but I think I will next time. I've been trying to show respect and social distancing through COVID but after $100 it bites me in $$. Order It!
