This headset is not compatible with many eligible computers. After making sure my system met the requirements (actually a lot more), I ordered it. When it arrived and I plugged it in I got a terrible 1-4 error. I spent 2 hours waiting with HP support to have a 5 minute conversation which resulted in "return it is defective" which I did. G2 is just great. It's light, has excellent resolution and is very slim! The face mask fits well, is comfortable and does not let any light through. For this reason I put 5 starts. However, there is a known issue with the USB cable and firmware. HP is aware of this issue and is working on a fix. The cable may or may not work.
