I spent almost two days looking for the right laptop in the right price range. This computer is easy to use, easy to set up, has a lot of interesting features and a large amount of memory. The keyboard has large keys so your hands can sit comfortably while you type for a long time. The large, solid screen makes watching movies really great, and it has good, loud speakers. I'm glad I spent the money on this laptop and I highly recommend it.

To be honest I didn't know it was a touchscreen and it's amazing. It has become much easier for my young students to learn in an online school. They're used to tablets and this conveys a familiarity with higher performance.

Bought this computer for my daughter for college, as soon as we received it the screen went black on the tablet and in normal mode. The words on the screen were blurry and shaky. We returned it for another computer. The seller provided a return label and approved the return request, which we appreciate.

I confess I didn't want to buy a laptop. I have a desktop that I use for most of my computing tasks and have always used an iPad for portability. After 10 years, the iPad finally fell into disrepair, so a decision had to be made. I was pleasantly pleased with this computer. Excellent touchscreen response. The battery life is sufficient for my use. Lightweight, slim design fits easily in my briefcase. Found at a great price during Black Friday which also made the selection easy.

To be honest, I am very satisfied with this product. It works great, the touchscreen is awesome, especially if you have an HP pen. I recommend buying a screen protector to avoid scratches and the like. The only issues I have are the lack of a keyboard backlight and the sound and backlight are rather dim, but the headphones are there for a reason!
