Terrible! Rip off! for printers and accessories

Terrible. I didn't want to spend extra money on XL ink so I went with this size. Two days and the tricolor is almost empty. And no, I didn't print the album. I printed six 4x6 photos! For $30 or $40, whatever it is. Only 6 small photos! I never give bad reviews or at least try to contact you first.

You get what you pay for

Half the price of Office Depot; However, after a few print jobs, I started and still get an error message that the cartridge was not installed correctly. Older cartridges do not give this error. Since I'm getting stuck with print jobs, I'm withdrawing my previous rating and giving 1 star instead.

Didn't last as long as it should.

Color ink used up after only 8 pages. This isn't the first time this has happened. I had to send these back. Instead I tried to get a replacement from HP. They were useless and swore they had top notch products. I am generally dissatisfied with HP and when it comes time to replace my printer I will not go back to HP. Just not a fan of HP, but I have one at the moment.

Seems a lot, but not great!

Instead of getting the HP 62 black and tri-color I somehow got the HP 62XL in both. Which may make you wonder why is she complaining? What's up, huh? Not exactly because the tri-color cartridge doesn't work! I can't say for sure, but I believe the metal strip was damaged.

BUYER BEWARE! Read the fine print

I didn't read the "fine print" and received cartridges that didn't work unless I subscribed to HP's "Instant Ink" program, which I tried out when I first bought the printer , but it was not worth it . So these cartridges I bought are LIFETIME because I will not be subscribing to the HP Instant Ink program. I will read the "fine print" in the future.

These cartridges are too expensive and need to be replaced.

These cartridges are overpriced and require a replacement of the multi-color cartridge when one of the colors has expired. HP only wants to sell cartridges. For this reason I would never buy an HP printer again and buy a reliable Canon printer with six cartridges that can be independently replaced when they run out. It's also a lot cheaper.

BUYER ATTENTION! Read the fine print

I haven't read the fine print and received cartridges that don't work unless I subscribe to the HP Instant Ink program which I tried when I first bought the printer but not t cost. So these cartridges I bought are LIFETIME because I will not be subscribing to the HP Instant Ink program. I will read the "fine print" in the future.
