Good breeches for horseback riding

I really liked these breeches. I ride 2-3 times a week and so far they have held up very well. They are very stretchy, so take one size smaller than usual. Also, they are probably best for taller riders, I'm 5ft 4" and they were too long.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Available in exchange

My daughter loves these pants!

We have had comparably priced breeches in the past but these breeches look and feel much better. The black color has not faded after 5 washes. The grip at the hips is smooth and the perfect thickness and the pants are true to size. We would definitely order again.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Great fit and comfort

Great. They look great and are "super" comfortable according to my 8 year old. I recommend half cups for beginners to get the best support on the calf. But that has nothing to do with the quality of these pants. Adjustable waist, comfortable belt loops, snap button closure, rubber boots provide stability after summer riding. My baby is a beanstalk, straight and slender.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Doesn't go with everything

Darling in my closet!

Background: I have been doing triathlon for 12 years. I have ridden breeches from Dover, SmartPak, Horze and even the 'blessed' Tailed Sportsmans and none of them compare to them in terms of comfort, durability, quality and looks. I have this pair and a beige pair that I bought for college. , but boy was I wrong - to think they're just school worthy! That's convenient! They look great and are easy to clean up. They are breathable enough for warm days but warm enough for winter.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Expensive

So excited - great fit!

Received today! They fit great and are very stretchy. I did a squat test and they don't show through. Although I haven't worn them yet, they seem to be of good quality. The only thing that differs from the photo are the spots on the knees - they are not as dark as the photo on the web, but completely transparent and shiny. The knee patches are very grippy - not sure if it would be good in the saddle or not. My only complaint is that you can see the pocket lining through the pants (but no big…

Gorgeous breeches! Very stretchy, may need downsizing

PROS: very stretchy comfortable to ride very inexpensive material not very hot or thick MINUS: visible outlines of anything underneath (tucked into shirt, underwear etc) These will be my new ones Riding breeches for learning and maybe a demo depending on how brown their tan riding breeches are. I ordered gray breeches and I love the color! I was afraid I would have to return them as I hate ordering clothes online without trying them on, but the sizing chart pretty much matched what was said. I…

  • Quality construction

  • Minor issues

Fall in love with this brand!

I just fell in love with this brand of breeches! I'm 5ft 8", about 125lbs, long legs (I usually wear 33-34" inseam). And 28 dark gray is great! I haven't bought many breeches due to the astronomical prices and the fact that I don't show up often enough to ask for them. The few I've bought over the years have been inexpensive, not the best quality, and the fit has always been lacking. I wanted to try breeches again last summer and the tights from this seller caught my eye (and were surprisingly…
