This strap was easy to fit - less than 10 minutes, no tools. It's comfortable and the interval is great because you can make small adjustments throughout the day to always get it right. One piece of advice - I agree with another reviewer who stated that the buckle that comes with this band is NOT AS GOOD as the buckle on the original band. I bought this when one of the keeper on the original strap broke. 1) Size: Samsung includes 2 sizes with clock, large and small. It fits somewhere in between. This can be seen in the picture where the original strips and replacement strips are next to each other. This replacement is shown between the original large and small straps.
