Everything you could want for $12

AMAZING quality for the price! $12 for a triple and 20x with a leather case. Just perfect. They even arrived on time. I am very satisfied with my product and my experience.

Pros
  • Jewelry Making Tools and Supplies
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Poor lens design

The focus on this lens is too close. About 1/4 inch from the lens. This makes it very difficult to properly illuminate the object for inspection. There are other magnifiers from 1/2 to 3/4 inch that are much better and easier to use.

Pros
  • Loupes
Cons
  • are weak

Terrible lens. Do yourself a favor and try Bausch & Lomb instead.

I bought this for my friend who is an aspiring geologist and was very disappointed. The lens is large (and heavy) but only offers a small field of view that actually focuses (less than half the lens diameter). To make matters worse, this lens can only be used when looking through from one side (the lens touches the mineral sample before you focus if you're trying to do it the other way around). I honestly have never seen such a bad manual lens. I will never buy this lens again. If you are…

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Exorbitant Piggy Bank
