Excellent camera controls

Very good product. Works flawlessly with our PTZ Optics camera. Highly recommended and at a fraction of the cost of a similar Sony controller.

Menu bar goes dark after 30 seconds

Presets work well, as does the zoom in/out functions, but there are two problems with this item: The menu bar goes dark after 30 seconds, so you can't tell You know what camera or preset you are on without moving the joystick. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have bought this device. The menu should be backlit while the device is powered on. Second, the joystick is too tight. You can't take an easy step. You have to move it vigorously so the panning isn't as smooth as you would…

Need more detailed instructions

The initial setup instructions were a bit confusing. We finally found out with a YouTube video and we both gave it a try. I assume we had to change the camera setting? All in all a good board. I like that we can control all available cameras from one joystick. The buttons can be a bit noisy when pressed during a quiet worship service. The joystick is very sensitive at first! But once it's cracked and you get used to it, it's nice and smooth. One thing we noticed is that after calling the camera
