Excellent customer service AND great product

I like that it is easy to use for both clinicians and patients. It allows me to search for test results. They have an excellent team of support staff who are always willing to help. I can't think of anything in particular that we dislike about Humanapi. I don't know if they offer any other types of clinical software, but if they do please look into them as well! We are using Humanapi to access our Epic EMR so that we can have our lab results available to us at all times. Our physicians love…

Very User Friendly, Affordable and Excellent Service

The best thing about this tool is that it makes sure medical records are always up-to date by providing an excellent interface between physician's office visits as well prescription refills for home medication management of our employees who have health insurance through us! It takes awhile before I can say if there will be any issues with other features but so far everything has been great!! So easy. A must try when you're looking into your next software option in Healthcare or anything…

Love being connected by this health community

I like the ability to connect with my providers and other patients through the app. It's a great way to see who else is using the app and how they are using it. I don't like that the app is only for Apple devices. I can't connect to the app from my phone.
