🌀 Hunter Spring Mill 52" Matte Black Ceiling Fan with LED Lights and Pull Chain Control - Indoor/Outdoor Review

Fans are ok, installation was easy, everything works and looks nice, but for outdoor use with "SureSpeed Delivers Heavy Duty Airflow" I was expecting a lot more airflow, especially from a Hunter fan. It blows some air, but you have to be directly underneath to really feel it. For the price and the description I expected more.

Advertisement says remote control not included. When the installer came I found it was too late not to install it so I had to wait until I could buy a remote and then detach the fan to install the remote which was very frustrating. But the fan looks great

Beautiful appearance, easy to install. excellent airflow. I replaced 3 build quality propeller fans with these. Great progress. However, there are three screws to attach the light kit. Insert the first two, rotate the lighting kit into position, and then install the third screw. Easy enough unless you're standing upside down on a flight of stairs where there's absolutely no room to work or watch what you're doing.

I really like this fan and light. It moves air well and doesn't wobble at high speeds. I bought a separate remote to control it without getting up (Hunter brand remote). Pay attention to the orientation of the blades when installing as they only go one way unless you want the air to go up of course. The whisper is quiet. Would recommend to anyone using on a screened in porch. (I have 14x14)

My patio has been extended and covered. The roof over the patio is about 12 feet high. I was concerned that this fan would generate enough airflow to offset the Houston summer heat. This is the best-made, most thoughtfully designed, and easiest-to-install fan we've purchased. It is reversible and has interchangeable headlights. . I went matte black and the fan is fine. As advertised, it's absolutely silent and the rod/motor parts were easy to install. It cools well the 13 x 10 foot room I installed it in. Cons: No remote included. I bought a Hunter universal remote and the receiver is very difficult to fit into the canopy of this particular model.
