Great board shorts are good for me

Bought these for my grandson who was visiting and last year's were too small. They arrived quickly with Prime and they were great, he wore them the next day.

Pros
  • The print and even the white color are very light. I like that
Cons
  • Limited Size Options - The shorts are only available in a small child size 7 which may not fit all children in this age range.

Too large! In my opinion

Very nice! The size is a bit off. My son's waist measures 29 inches. Sizing chart said size 16 should be 27-29 inches but this was over 30.. My son usually wears 4 of Carter's or xs. They fit, but only with a fully cinched waist.

  • Superb quality, quick drying, punk rock graphics. We liked it so much we ordered another one!

You look great - my opinion

I bought these for my 13 year old son. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 125 pounds. Big and very thin. They are long enough for his size and the waist is adjustable. He really likes her.

  • OMG he looked so pretty on him in a Hurley mango shirt
Cons
  • Non-Adjustable Waistband - The waistband of board shorts cannot be adjusted, which can result in an awkward fit for some kids.

No liner! -- my new rating

The fabric is great, the design is cool... no lining?! Who wants to wear wet underwear after a swim and I don't want them rolling around in the water unless my son is wearing panties underneath!

  • Everyone loves these swimming trunks! They are unique, fun and look exactly as described.
Cons
  • Looking at the men, they were inserted. Wrong size for teenagers.

Pretty but not functional

If your kid is too skinny for them, you can't adjust them. The laces on the front are just a decoration. So we have a constant crack plumber.

  • I know what size my kid wears at Hurley and they are VERY small, probably 2 sizes. Don't waste money.

Yes, your son wants it

Yes Yes Yes! They fit my 9 year old perfectly! The quality is 100% and the pattern was cool even for a 9 year old. Besides, it was such a deal!

  • good colors Washes and dries well. My son loves Hurley shorts. Fits well and ends just above the knee.
Cons
  • Not Universal - The gradient carp pond design may not be suitable for all occasions and cannot be combined with other shirt options.

Adjustable! in my rating

I love them because they are adjustable at the waist. They have also reached the perfect length. My son is 8 years old but he is quite small and small. He weighs 48 pounds

Hey Hurley, have you heard of standardization? This is very helpful when you are selling online. These 3 shorts are the same size.

Really big - my new review

I bought these for my son, they sit very freely there is room to grow. We've had them for a few years now and he just fits in them now. They're also very thin, so if you're expecting a chunky pair, this isn't it. I bought them for him for school but he said they weren't tight enough for him.
