Great fit. in interior

Was expecting a heavier/thicker rubber material than flimsy plastic but the fit is good. A million times better than any blanket I've ever had and a must have when Jay lives in mud and tons of snow. I want the sidewalls to go even higher to cover *all* of the carpeting area, not just most of it.

Pros
  • Absolutely stunning!
Cons
  • Does not fit all

Do not install flush in the footwell.

I had them in my Subaru Outback for about a year. Initially they fitted well but over time the mats seem to have shrunk. Initial quality seemed very good, but it wasn't until about 2 months of use that I started to see delamination from the edges of the footwell. Now they no longer fit snugly in the door openings, allowing debris to fall onto the carpet. Considering the price, I am very disappointed with the product. Unfortunately I have been informed that the return period has expired and asโ€ฆ

Husky vs. Weathertech

After owning two pairs of earbuds, Weathertech decided to try the Husky. Both protect quite well, spills are contained. The Weathertech I noticed on the passenger side padding moves forward. Passengers complained of slipping when boarding and disembarking when stepping on the Weathertech liner. The Husky has small grooves on the bottom that prevent it from sliding forward, but it does slide a little. The padding on the Husky driver's side provides full coverage and also covers the gas capโ€ฆ

Great Covers: Floor Mats and Case

I bought these the day after I bought my 2012 Outback and 18 months later I still think it was a great purchase. I have them in black which shows a bit of dirt when dirty but very easy to clean. They also fit perfectly. My buddy has weather tech in his truck and it feels a bit too pliable and a bit slippery unlike husky liners which have a very grippy spiked rear end. I have recommended them to friends and bought my mum a set for her new Camry (grey, good color choice if it suits your decor). A

Very effective: Interior

They were in my car (Subaru Outback) one winter in northern Ontario and I am very happy with them. They fit well and the spikes underneath grip the carpet very well so they don't slip. Access to the gas cap lever is tricky, but I'd rather have it covered with carpet than clogged with dirt, so that's a necessary evil in my opinion. Carpet coverage is good, but of course they can't cover the entire carpet, so we're still a bit confused getting in and out. At one point during the spring thaw Iโ€ฆ

The landing is excellent, there are only a few seats left.

After my factory floor mats stopped working I decided to buy aftermarket floor mats. I did a little research and the results were either Weathertech or Husky. After reading some reviews on the Subaru forum I decided to buy a Husky. The fit is great, there are only a few spots where the mat doesn't sit properly on the carpet. The gas cap outlet is closed, but I can either lift the edge of the mat or cut off that part (it's marked). The underside of these rugs, unlike some others, has many sharpโ€ฆ

ALSO FITS 13-14 MANUAL/CVT.

This will be my second set of Husky mats. My first were my 02 Forester. These fit a lot better than my old pair. The lugs have a slightly more aggressive feel to keep them in place. They were also listed as 2010-2012 Legacy/Outback car floor mats. I think Husky is a little behind in their catalog and Subaru hasn't released many manuals in those years. So they fit perfectly with my 14th instruction. So they also fit in 13 and 14 manual transmissions/CVTs. I think they're great for the price. I'm

A little disappointed

Having recently bought a new used car with no floor mats I was looking for something good quality that would fit my size. As some other reviewers have noted, for the money paid, the mats are surprisingly thin and are actually made of semi-rigid plastic, which surprised me. They are pliable only because of their thinness, whereas the floor mats I've had in the past have been softer and more rubbery. Now I'm assuming most manufacturing costs should come from custom molds rather than materialsโ€ฆ

  • Unbelievable price

Great flooring!

I originally planned to buy some of the WeatherTech flooring I saw advertised on TV (never heard of Husky liners). As I drove my car to the dyeing shop and put on a sheer bra, I asked the guy there if he had any experience with WeatherTechs. He said they are good but prefer the Husky liners. After doing a little research I settled on the Husky liners as they cover the retaining hole in the floor mat with rubber (to keep it from leaking) and have a bunch of pointed cones on the bottom that keepโ€ฆ
