Difficult to install in interior

The only thing I like about these things is that they look good, but the installation process is beyond terrible. I have a new 2020 Ford F-150 XLT that I just bought and wanted to put some fenders on before I run it hard. I worked for hours getting the spring clips in the right position and I finally managed to get all four flaps in place, but I was close to giving up on those things. in the trash more than once. Installing fenders on a vehicle shouldn't feel like pulling teeth. Yes, I've…

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • A little wrinkled

Check without drilling, simply after a clip

So we all know the clip on problem and even I am having trouble figuring out how to attach them. Once I put one on, the rest was a breeze. So let me tell you about my process (see last photo). When the protection is on you can see the fender liner behind it. I used pliers and inserted it into the top of the clip (without opening the pliers), leaving some room to climb over the fender. Once I got to the fender section, I used a very small pry bar (a short flathead screwdriver would also work) to

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Mounts are poor / Be prepared to use screws when riding off-road or in snow.

Not happy with the fitting but fenders look solid and fit well. Few issues, and I'm not sure if it's related to the 2018 F-150, but here it is: The fasteners are a headache in the rear (as fuck, all 4 fenders "beeped"). They don't fit and REALLY need to be pryed open. I had to watch the video to make sure I wasn't missing anything. nope Mounts just suck. Read fenders require you to remove a screw from the bottom (OEM extensions). A great concept without the thick fender and all that means the…

Inaccurate description

I bought a front and rear kit for my 2016 F150. After removing the foil from the backing, I wasn't able to tear off some of the leftovers/waste from the protective pieces; makes the film unusable. The instructions were inaccurate as some of the steps referred to the incorrect previous step required to get to the step you are reading. The assembly parts did not include a washer. So if you screwed the fender in with the factory torque already in place, it tore the fender and had to reinstall with

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

Fenders look good after fitting. That's the only good thing I can say about her. I ordered front and rear fenders. Both caused headaches** during installation. The box comes with a paint protector that you apply before you attach the flaps. Both pairs of protectors were only partially scored, so neither came off cleanly when I tried to remove them to put them on. This material is quite difficult to work with, but when it stretches and/or tears because it wasn't cut properly, it's frustrating…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Minor blemishes
