I would like to know that the battery is always properly maintained when it is fully charged. I'm sure I would need to use a more powerful charger regularly to keep the battery charged and have a longer lifespan.

Purchased for my GTH52XLS Husqvarna garden tractor. Connects directly to the mower fork. Will update after I've used it in the off-season to charge the battery and keep it going. I love that it comes with clamp adapters and an adapter to connect to another battery to plug directly into the charger.

I had to buy a new Husqvarna battery and fill it with acid so this charger took a lot longer to charge than it would with the usual charge. This charger is "HANDS OFF" and is perfect for me - it's a "plug and play" charger. there is nothing easier. Just pay attention to the amps of the battery you're charging and use the math of 1 amp per hour. It's a 0.8 amp charger so it may take a while but works great in my situation. For me, this is the ONLY choice of Husqvarna batteries

Very happy with this charger. I have a Husqvarna self-propelled lawn mower with a CTEK fork on the dash. With this charger, the battery of your lawn mower is always charged. This charger also comes with an optional CTEK connector that can be plugged directly into a vehicle that does not have a CTEK cable connection. Because this charger worked so well, I hooked up my 4 wheel motorbike to the CTEK adapter and now I can keep both the mower and quad charged and ready to go (charge one at a time)…

With this unit you don't have to worry about keeping the tractor battery charged in winter. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. If you check the indicators at the top of the device, you'll know where it is in the order. And with a Husqvarna tractor, there's a simple plug-in that lets you connect the device to your tractor and keep your hands clean. Haven't tried anything else but it's supposed to detect the required battery voltage and polarity so if you can find the battery posts…
