The quality is much better than I expected. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. It is very easy to use and comes with very detailed instructions and some additional information. Easy to install and use after charging. I am happy with the size of the hand blocks, they are no bigger and really easy to use and I feel like they are the perfect size. The variable vibration level is a great feature that my previous collar didn't have. My dog responds to both the beep and the vibration. If I want her to react quickly, I use a strong vibration.
