Exactly the part I needed and it came within a few days.

Bought for a 2010 Buick Enclave that I didn't have the passenger side A/C on. After doing a little research and calling people, they asked for a few hundred dollars to fix it at the store. I learned that actuators are not uncommon and where they are located and each one controls. The item arrived quickly and fits perfectly! Just under an hour of work (it was very hard to do the actual exchange which only took a few seconds) and I saved a lot of money. I recommend and will definitely buy again.

Excellent customer service

I was expecting a fairly basic offer but these people surprised me. After ordering, I received an email asking if I would like to receive installation instructions by email. All I had to do was provide the make, model and engine of the car I was installing the part in. I did and I received the PDF the same day. Upgrade to 5 stars - worked great for 7 months and then unfortunately failed.

Update 22 December 2020: Rating changed to 5 stars based on excellent customer service and how they stand behind their warranty. After I sent them my purchase confirmation, they promptly sent a free replacement. It's now December 2020 and the part is still going strong.
