I was expecting a fairly basic offer but these people surprised me. After ordering, I received an email asking if I would like to receive installation instructions by email. All I had to do was provide the make, model and engine of the car I was installing the part in. I did and I received the PDF the same day. With so many shady auto parts sellers online, I'd say these people focus on quality and customer service - and the price per part was way better than my local AutoZone. By the way, the part is now installed and works as expected.
