Great customer service; knowledgeable staff

I like having my questions answered by people who understand what we do and have experience working in our industry. Not only does this save me time but also allows for better communication between myself as well as the client. The ability to interact with clients outside of the typical sales channel has allowed us to build strong relationships that sometimes don't require face-to-face contact. This saves both money and resources since you aren't paying overtime for employees at certain times…

Pros
  • We've had great success using hybrid chat, especially when it comes down managing customer service issues through live chats rather than phone calls or emails which can be expensive! It's very easy because all your information is already stored within their system so there isn’t any need get lost trying figure out how everything works together

Great solution to automate any web app or site

The best thing about this tool as far I am concerned was its ease of use which could easily integrate into our website without causing an interruption either for us developers nor users alike! It's also relatively cheap compared what else one may pay if they need extra features like integration such automation etc.. Not really anything at all so no dislike here but maybe some improvement might have been nice (the free plan seemed limited) But overall highly recommended!! Integration has now…
