**Its worth it! A must for any rave, festival or show, then the next day for recovery!**

Love nonsense. 2 a month lately. I am someone who struggles with dehydration so I was very excited when I received my hydroRX box from The Rave Doctor! Didn't disappoint at all and given the number of bags in the box it's well worth the money! I mixed 2 sachets in a pitcher, left it near the most ordinary rave zone and drank it at night. I could easily tell how great it worked. The muscles, especially in the legs, felt good all night and didn't cramp at all! Felt better than usual when I got up

Fast shipping, great packaging and it has really helped me feel more hydrated! The HydroRX Keto Electrolyte Supplement has a subtle lemon and lime flavor and mixes easily with water. I like it when the flavor is a little lighter, so I just add more water than the recommended 16 ounces. I suggest letting it fully dissolve before drinking so you get the best flavor. IV HYDRATION WITHOUT IV!

Essentially an IV fluid therapy but without a drip! I love this whole IV hydration trend, but sometimes going to the clinic to get an IV and $$$$ can be very expensive.
