No worse than other popular brands

I still haven't found any type of stainless steel that holds heat well, including the brand. Easy to clean. Seals well. Good size for my oatmeal. Would buy again.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Useless features

A jar of food doesn't hold its temperature as well as a bottle of water.

I have purchased several bottles of Hydro Flask for hot water and they have previously worked very well. With the same conviction, this time I bought a can of Hydro Flask nutrition. I've been using it for lunch for over a month now. I've noticed that it doesn't keep the food hot enough like a water bottle. The food is only warm, not cold for dinner. The price of $40 for a computer is a bit high for this kind of performance.

It's not bad; It works well and I like it, but it doesn't keep warm as effectively as my other food jars. What. Rather, it is just a double-walled stainless steel jug with an insulated lid. I was surprised at the size when it arrived. I ordered 20 ounces. The can is the same size as mine. I…

Ice cream on the beach, stew in the snow

Insulation: good, not great Unlike their water bottles, there's (currently) no specific testimony as to how long the contents stay hot/cold. - To test if hot, fill with boiling water (just under 212°F) then cover. 5 hours later, measured at 123°F, which is too hot to touch with a finger for more than a few seconds. The top of the lid was heated to 84°F (the weak point of the insulation) and the side of the can was heated to 74°F. Ambient temperature is approximately 67°F. Using data from…
