Was very happy to get this can opener. My grandma had one and it worked great. Unfortunately it didn't turn on after the first use. I changed the batteries, the next day it works on one bank and stops working again. Tried new batteries, nothing.

This is the second one I have. I thought my old one, which was a gift, was broken and threw it away. When I got this new one, I realized I had thrown away a great can opener because I put the batteries in the wrong way. This is really a good product.

I already had a similar can opener for our home kitchen so I bought this one when my regular electric can opener at my shop broke! My first try failed but I think maybe the jar was upside down because I flipped it and it worked great! I use it an average of 4 days a week and it's great! Once you know how to use it, it's easy.

I am preparing for rotator cuff surgery so I am going to lose an arm for a while. There are a few things you can't do, and one of those is using a regular can opener, so this thing is great for that. Once you just place it on the can and press the start button, it finds the edge and cuts perfectly. At the end just let go until it stops on its own and lift it up.

It's going to be a prop for the sitcom Poor Thing I try to give it a chance but it hurts when I see it spinning I feel guilty about sending it back - like i'm giving up poor chap it's like giving away the healing who does that. I don't know, I'm emotionally conflicted but... This sucks lol and I wish I could put it in the fine print 😌

Simply place the can opener directly onto the can, then press the button on top of the machine itself... and watch the magic! I followed the directions exactly and it started moving but after 6 seconds or more it stopped and got stuck in the glass. I did everything the instructions said but it got hot so I had to get it outside quickly in case it exploded. After my son-in-law finally removed the can, we found that the batteries' paper had torn from the heat. I used the correct size glass so that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, this can opener is scrap!

I was skeptical although my wife told me she uses one of these at work and it was amazing. I didn't like it at first because I thought it would end up scratching our countertop from holding it and turning the glass against the counter. And one day it dawned on me.
