Very disappointed customer

The instruction manual is almost useless. It talks about going into standby mode but doesn't describe how to get there. The control panel is in a very inconvenient place. The 2 to 3 second period you have to press the various buttons to make changes is too short as the control panel is on the bottom of the device. Last but not least, the customer support is missing.

Good low power compressor that keeps cold well

I like that it draws 3.5 amps in economy mode. Also, it comes with a 110V plug so you can take it with you. The compressor is quite quiet and keeps the cold like in a domestic refrigerator. I also think it's good that you can also use it as a cooler if necessary. The cigarette lighter cord is very long so I can run it from the driver's seat to the dashboard if I want to power the car while driving. It also comes with a separate adapter that connects between an outlet and a cigarette lighter…

Bad customer service.

When I first received the product the packaging was very damaged which made me a little worried which is what I expected, I was able to turn it on for a while but after further use, I couldn't more than turn it back on on Monday, Bertrand doesn't work at all. I tried calling the company but no one answered. I've tried emailing but still no response so I'm now giving it 2 stars because overall the product looks and feels very good. Well built but is there a small control panel that seems flimsy…

Well built and engineered, durable fridge freezer with great components

I needed a freezer, not a fridge, to haul frozen food 200 miles and this Iceco 42 is widely regarded as the 'best' portable freezer. researched portable "coolers" and found this Iceco was built with an excellent "pump" and user-verified components that attest to quality and durability. If you have the budget buy an ARB otherwise this Iceco 42 is comparable if not equal, it's capable of keeping temperatures below freezing, runs quietly and has insulation to keep the power going for long hours in
