This was a cheap replacement for the original hardware on my skylight which had become brittle and cracked. Polycarbonate will likely last longer than the original. I warn you that there is a protective film on both sides. One is obvious and the other not so much. The skylight is less than 1/8 inch thick so it would be a nuisance to walk on it when you are on the roof. I thought it was expensive but I needed it!

This skylight was for a 1995 Fleetwood motorhome. I've searched a lot but couldn't find an exact replacement for the skylight so I went for decided this. It was a few inches longer and a few inches wider than the original part, but that didn't matter because it had to be on the roof of the RV where no one could see it.
