Works great. Faced with the problem that it does not feed or the eye does not register it properly after using it for a fairly short time. Found a YouTube video solution to continue the white registration between two map fields (connecting the two largest registration squares). After that I had no more problems with it. This should have been done imo by the manufacturer or at least provide information on this issue and how to fix it.

This tray works great with my Epson R280. Simply set the printer tray to the CD position, slide in the ID tray until the arrows align, and then print using the standard A4 CD print settings. (Also select the Best Picture print in the settings.) You can print a card if you want, but you must have a PVC card in each slot. The tray works fine in Epson Artisan 50. Although there are problems with the default template provided on their website. Since they use a Word template with a table and color the background, it's not the tray itself (the area between the two cards) that actually prints the color directly. Works, but not without problems. I don't know if it's my printer or the paper cassette. When it prints, it prints nicely, but there are some paper-feed issues, and sometimes the printer doesn't even seem to try (which is why I think there are some issues, my printer to blame). I use it with Epson R380. And the >< arrows you use for alignment definitely don't quite fit my case.
