I've been using this mouthpiece for about 6 weeks and although ceramic does a really good job sharpening knives , has the design of this particular The product is pretty much free. The stem separates from the handle with minimal use. I was expecting that from another product that was many times cheaper than this one. Unsurprisingly, the return option/guarantee expires after 4 weeks. It could have been a great purchase but in the end I hope to warn others not to buy.

I had no idea a sharpening steel could have this effect, especially with so little effort. Excellent sharpening stone. I wanted a high quality ceramic grinder for my more expensive kitchen knives. And I had to sharpen with the highest possible grit for as long as possible.
