If you're buying this as a "gun sling" or planning to use it for EDC, run it. This belt is very flimsy, with poor layout and design, and to be honest, just what you would expect for $13. I can't speak highly enough of this amazing deal on a quality tactical sling/molle pac/keyring assembly. I originally bought this to add to my existing two tactical belts (from another manufacturer) but I was surprised. Not only am I impressed but I ordered the black belt. The snap buckle is much better in design and function than both of my old straps and the thickness of the webbing on the new one is noticeable. There is an obvious problem with the design of those heavy straps and those heavy metal buckles. Both the strap and the buckle are not adjusted to the space the strap occupies. This causes the buckle to either bulge inward and pinch you, or outward, which looks very odd. They've obviously tried to make it a little more comfortable by cutting out an area, but the thickness of the webbing can't handle that. I suspect all of these heavy woven belts suffer from the same design flaw.

I definitely like the closure idea. Easy to snap on or remove. Durable nylon strap. I think this will work fine for OWB, although I suppose it depends on what kind of holster/pistol combo you might have. Will definitely buy it again and update if there are problems. So far 5 stars
