Requires 2 different types of keys

Wow one of the easiest and coolest ways to get in and unlock yours 💻 but I knew you had to have 2 different keys, a Bluetooth or a USB & NFC, but that's like ku deal for me

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • I'm worried about this one

Good PIV certified FIDO2 device at a meager price

Compatible with Windows 10 and Linux (Arch and Debian based distros). The company does not offer seed determination software for HMAC, but not everyone needs this feature. The inclusion of the PIV certificate was a good compromise compared to similar offerings from other FIDO member companies.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Reset button on computer accessories and peripherals

Comes in a zippered pouch, so you should reset the button before using it on your personal belongings. I use this with my Microsoft and Gmail accounts, this also works for mobile login if your phone has NFC. It's a good alternative to Yubico security keys, but Yubico is much better and works with more applications.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Doesn't work on Android 10

I tested it in Dropbox in Chrome as well as Brave browser and I couldn't authenticate the key via NFC and also via OTG cable (USB-C adapter). Android 10 However, this worked on a desktop running Windows 10. The Identiv website does not offer any support or troubleshooting guides. So I couldn't even take the first step to get rid of the incompatibility with Android. This is discontinued software.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Volume

Garbage device, unconfigured and unsupported

The device appears to work with the U2F JavaScript demos, but I don't think it supports any of the other advertised features (HOTP, TOTP, etc.). ). I contacted the company and they closed my support ticket with no response. Their support website is useless and offers neither software nor advice on how to use the device. I recommend buying the more expensive option that starts with a Y. At least they work.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Big and bulky

If you just need a security key to log in to Google, GitHub, Microsoft and others; it will do. It's important to note that this dongle has NFC, which works great on iOS and Android. It's SUPER cheap! Buy one, two or three. Keep a spare in a safe. Keep one on your keychain. It's a shame for the companies that charge you $50 for the same thing. Sure, the Yubikey has quirky features and an app if you're up for the challenge of setting it up while leaving a significant hole in your pocket. A bonus…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • It's not as good as it promises

You're on your own. There is no software from the manufacturer.

These buttons work but are not fully supported by the manufacturer. I use them for the advanced Google protection they offer for Gmail accounts. To comply with Google standards, you need FIDO2 security keys. They meet that requirement, but good luck until you buy and try it. Revain is in serious trouble when it comes to consumer electronics. Their electronics are too cheap and unreliable and I end up giving back more stuff than I keep when it comes to consumer electronics. That's what I…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Too stupid

Good security key, needs tamper evident packaging.

TLDR: Does what it's supposed to do, doesn't come in tamper-proof packaging. On paper the features seem to match well with the Yubikey 5 nfc, but I'm not sure if it integrates with OpenPGP the way Yubikey does (no mention in the docs) and there's no key management app (At least I couldn't find it, if it exists). Pros: I like that the key is thinner than the marketing photos, it's flat and probably 1/8th. ” in overall thickness – or about twice as thick as a USB disk. I've tested the FIDO2 u2f…

Pros
  • Like everything before
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
